美国SCS Labpod超低氧气调保鲜系统,气调试验系统,超低氧气调DCA-RQ系统,该系统用于测试水果或蔬菜在受控大气组分氧气增量减少到0.1%(一般指包装存储运输环境下)以下的反应,测量他们的呼吸强度(Resp.)和呼吸商(RQ.)值。专为果蔬采后实验室在受控温度环境中,对不同气调环境下果蔬呼吸强度的检测,或者为企业在使用像MCP方法处理果蔬保鲜应用时效能的发挥提供指导。也可用于花卉,植物,种子等样品动态呼吸监测。

使用内置的高灵敏度气体分析仪定期自动测量呼吸值和RQ值,气调控制暂停,样品呼吸产生的氧气和二氧化碳实时数据用于计算和显示呼吸速率。CA系统可以周期性控制内部低功率循环风扇保证环境气调组分。

中路控制系统支持1到32个LabPod,可以在标准LabPod和LabPod mini之间混合,满足同果蔬同一采摘期不同气氛条件下多组平行试验,触摸屏控制面板,可通过网络连接的PC计算机进行远程设置。测量数据收集,可以在PC端显示,并可以导出到Excel或其他常见程序。

控制器可以专用于LabPods,也可以配合ICA6000 CA控制系统使用。既能动态控制气调库、冷库气氛浓度。又能作为采后科研工作者研究单个体种类果蔬提供特殊研究环境
